The location of the hotel was excellent, with many eateries nearby and within walking distance to sightseeing spots. The staff, from the front desk to the cafe and housekeeping, were friendly and observant. The hotel facilities were up to its standard, and the beds were comfortable.

Liked everything.

The jacuzzi is nice. The location is within walking distance to makhota parade. There are some simple local food and convenience stores within the vicinity of hotel.

The doors of the bedrooms and toilets of the beuford suite are attached with the auto-close mechanism and they are safety hazards to children. The placement of the toilet door is awkward, causing some inconvenience.

There are not enough shelves in bathroom which is otherwise reall big, but you dont have any place to put your things while you are bathing.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located close to many eating places, which meant that we didn't have to worry about getting hungry. the upgraded room was spacious and had enough space for our luggage. Plus, the hotel had enough parking space for our car.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the curtains were not able to block out the sun properly.

Honestly, I was expecting a better experience during my Christmas stay. there were a few things that I appreciated. the hotel's location was quite good. the Wi-Fi connection was decent enough to send messages and browse social media. And, lastly, the air-conditioning in my room worked well.

My overall experience was far from pleasant. the room was not clean and did not look like the pictures online.

relative new hotel

as another comment, the reality is not corresponding that shown in the website. The bathroom is very simple and without bathtub. The breakfast is also very basic without any juice, milk or yogurt. There is no fitness available (yet). Wifi available only in the reception.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The room is new and clean.

Not really peaceful as the room was not sound proof, so it was a little disturbing as people staying next to us were noisy and inconsiderate. The water heating system also made a loud noise whenever we or the neighbors were using it.

The hotel is still new.

1. The Breakfast is very bad. Not much choice & no juice / milk. Besides that, there is no kettle to boil water in the room.

The room is clean, nice and comfortable. Like the Jacuzzi in the bathroom for the family suite.

The aircon in the hall in my family suite is not working - not cold, just the fan mode blowing. Also only 2 cups are provided for the suite when it is mean for 4 persons. Should provide 4 glasses in the bathroom too.
